The Arts at the University of Chicago
At the University of Chicago, the creative arts and academic inquiry reinforce and enrich each other. The distinctive interdisciplinary culture of the University and the intensity of its intellectual life produce a fertile ground for pioneering creativity in dialogue with rigorous analysis. Through this culture of dialogue, we also seek to explore connections between diverse forms of artmaking and between the University and other sites of creativity across Chicago and beyond. This search for dynamic interaction will define the Reva and David Logan Center for Creative and Performing Arts.
